Then the SEC investigations come and you will just roll them into the grave.

Some of these wil go BK.

There are going to be some banks go BK by the end of the year is what I feel.

Then the rate resets coem and people will be selling all they can to save their home. Then uncle Ben comes to their rescue is how I see it.

We have seen this cycle before.
