You'd think after Nick Leeson, the big houses would make sure that the kiddies have some adult supervision when the money goes into 10 or 11 digits.

The other problem is that the money becomes abstract for these young hotshots. If they had personal relationships with clients, they would think twice before walking out on rotten limbs in search of bigger thrills and bonus checks.
