Yes, I totally agree on the "irrational and spectatular" bull mkt range. RE: that 10-15% drawdown. It wil be from the highs we already made and we are only half way there it seems to me.

Be carfull the next few months as this financial and RE issue is not over yet.

These types of short covering closes will be the norm it seems.

The other funny thing is all the people who want to make a final pronouncement about the market every day. It's going to the moon, it's done and collapsing, yada yada yada.

The market is a dynamic process with a multitude of actors that opens about 250 days per year, come what may. Seems like more folks would take a longer view - that's where real money is made over time, not in daily trading pops. Ask Buffett. You know he is sitting around now scheming what to buy at some absurdly cheap price.
