Yup, Miller is a co-author with Sklansky. You are right about the fossils. Small stakes does not necessarily mean loose play.

The Harrington books are great.

In the short-handed book, they used a term I'd never heard before. They called the position just before the cut-off the "hijack" position. You've probably heard it, but I've never seen it in print. One author calls the same spot "the raising position." I prefer hijack. I wonder where the mugging position is? <G>
