I call it the "douchebag stole the blinds before I could" position.....<G> It's pretty hard to have a book about short handed play make much sense....it's based on feel and read of opponents tendancies, and that's pretty hard to organize systematically. I think Sklansky covered the basic principles well in "Hold 'em for Advanced Players", after that the best training is to get online and play alot of 6 handed cash games or single table tournaments.....JMHO.
