the killers of 9/11 were neither from Iraq nor Pakistan. They were from Saudi Arabia. Kumar.. they were trained/indoctrinated/financed by Al Qai'da elements operating from Afghanistan with the full approval of the Taliban government. We're not talking about "state actors" here, except in how their government's facilitate, or safeguard, the activities of terrorists, and use them as covert (and deniable) proxies of their foreign policy. I've already shown you that in 1993 Saddam had directed that his intelligence director seek to establish ties with "arab groups" in order to conduct attacks upon Americans and American interests in places like Somalia.. That's the nature of such forms of warfare.. the party providing the financing and logistical support want deniability so they don't suffer the consequences of full retaliation. Hawk
