But the reason I commented is that it's not a very surprising story, and since the woman didn't show up, and didn't put up any evidence,

She was sued overseas by a loaded Billionare. She knew the deck was stacked against her in Britain, and didn't have the funds to fight him there.

We're getting sidetracked here. This is about foreign libel law superseding American freedom of the press. I'm with the ACLU on this one, it's a 1st Amendment case with huge implications.
