he was in a debate with a bunch including some of us in hong kong via round-robin e-mail about 18 months ago on the subject of the longevity of housing bull market

he was trying to make the point that he was trying to do 'good' for the people via his tv show that urged on the bulls

we shut him up quick but unbowed
