guess you could bake it at 400 and leave out the deep fried.

i just did chicken cutlets with flour spices, (a purchased mix) no batter, wash chicken , dip in flour mix and put on greased baking dish ,lard,oil, butter,or spray on. g

i looked at the deep fryer and figured the baking pan was easier. 20 min on first side, came out nice crisy and flipped over for about 10 min more.
