BTW, did you catch "Nehalem samples in October" to motherboard makers, from the last part of page 10?

Amusingly, Google translates the Chinese equivalent of Nehalem to "Disable", perhaps thinking of its effect on AMD.

It is worth noting that Intel motherboard industry has been revealed, October will provide the next generation micro-architecture "Disable" processor samples, the second half of 2008 is expected to market,

Of course the "system power" of the said system was a total of 83W under maximum load with a Intel Core 2 Duo E6550 cpu. Considering that cpu's thermal design power is 65W the rest of the system consumes 18W under maximum load. I want one of those systems. And of course doug's bs detector gives out only a "amazing if true" because it's wbmw who is making the claim.
