Yes - of the "Saxony loan" (initial loan for Fab36). K.

Wow! Do you have the actual text? That gives might give us
an actual drop-dead date for AMD raising more $.

If AMD goes into default on the Saxony loan, we can be sure
that the stock will drop like a rock.

I imagine that even in the worst case, this is probably at least
three quarters away due to the asset sales.

Does anyone know whether or not part of the SPSN stock sale has to
go to paying off loans? I recall that it was pledged in the original
financing that bought ATI, but I don't recall seeing the conditions
on the new voodoo convert spread financing.
