I believe the tolls roads are self sufficient or supposed to be for repairs and maintenance.

Also they are evidently quite profitable from the standpoint of construction and operation when you have a Mexican company awarded the contract as is the case in Texas.

Just another case of our elected officials doing what is best for their constituents. NOT

Follow the money and you will find Giuliani with his share.

You think they will reduce the Federal EXCISE tax on GASOLINE which is supposed to be for the HIGHWAY FUND if toll roads are in existence? jdn
