nope not enough money to maintain hgwys now. looks like the state is planning to increase state gas tax to rebuild bridge.

Probably not.

It is one of the LOWEST taxes on gasoline in the entire world.

(I believe that perhaps only Iran, Venezuela, and Kuwait have lower gas taxes....)
