It is very possible that insider's buying was genuine. But for the Crestview that buying doesn't indicate anything. They can feel very bad about their investment in Simtek, but they can't do anything right now about it. Beside buying some shares to close the stock higher on the last day of the quarter, of course. They can buy, but they cannot sell. Who are they going to sell 2 mln shares to? And even more , if they sell even 1000 shares would show the market that other shares will follow and the stock will collapse. So they cannot sell right now. Not even 1000 shares. But the above doesn't mean they feel bad about the stock. I have no idea about their feelings. But they need some kind of excitement about the stock to be able to sell it. And I hope they will help to create such excitement when the time is right.
