Yes, I've been taking the Cholest-Off and cinnamon for a few months now. Also niacin for the triglycerides. I've had that under control for the last few checks, but recently went to "slow release" niacin, instead of the inositrol type. I may go back to that as the slow release causes too much flushing which lasts for about 1/2 hour. I've also seen a recommendation that the slow release actually is not good for you. Too confusing.... this.
