'Expect to see a recession of equivalent nature to the early 90's and ironically a Clinton will take the White House.

Have I become the Bear here? God forbid!'

If that is the reality so be it. I mentioned that another Clinton in the White House line recently too<g>

Possible we get a global boom of historic proportions once GWB and the housing bust are no longer the main topic of conversation.. This could be three years down the road IMHO.. Globalization, new technological innovations and the spread of US consumerism are much more powerful forces longer term than Iraq, Mish, illegals from Mexico or leveraged J6P<g>

Why pigeonhole yourself in a Bull or Bear slot? The world isn't binary and the financial system is certainly more complex than a few brightly colored blocks snapped together.

My bias is to invest in stocks over markets, so maybe that's just my natural bent. I listen to the chat about markets and spend my time focusing on companies with good prospects.
