The problem won't be fixed by giving the addicts another fix until they feel better. This whole mess was cooked up by Wall Street and fanned out around the country through mortgage broker pimps. Now that it's hitting the fan, they get to stand there and let the wet brown bits fall on their head.

Pay to play. I think we will have much healthier markets in the long run, just like the tech washout gave us by 2003.
