saying the words does not indicate a capability to carry out the task that follows. thats why I ignore the words as noise and filter it out. So are you saying that if Bibi Netanyahu announced that Israel intended to wipe Tehran off the map, you would consider that a non-event, mere "noise"?

Kumar, you should read the Arms Control Magazine. It is a professional magazine written by scientists with all the data. As to Iran, there is much written from inspections by the AEIA and interviews with Iran Scientists. The articles discuss Irans progress in enrichment , the number of centrifuges it has in operation, the cascades it is using and the model types, and problems they are having . From this information you could then draw conclusions based on facts. Rich
