same goes for the people working in those places, serving food, working around food, hospitals, doctors , how often do you see a doctor clean his hands going from patient to patient. nurses cleaning their hands, aides cleaning their hands. these are the educated and we expect waiters, cooks, salad people etc to wash their hands too. i doubt it happens like we would like to think it does.
