Congratulations on joining the 5 grandkid club. My oldest just turned 4 and my oldest daughter has 3 under the age of 3. Get all 5 in the room for a holiday and you will be ready for a nice relaxing drink and silence once they leave but it's a wonderful roar:) Sounds like the diet is working also. I'm watching carbs again in an attempt to just speed up and drop 40 more lbs. I suspect my blood sugar and pressure will appreciate that.
