Seems a little twist (residential vs commercial) is all that's needed to get people to forget the last bust. Then throw in the greed factor.

GE and GM doing well today so maybe a little more legs under the DOW than many people think.

Speaking of Commercial RE, interesting segment in the Journal about the collapse of cap rates.

They were 400-500 basis points over risk-free in 2000. Today, barely 100.
