Agree Ogi, the insiders could never have distributed their sh in
the mkt at that price without caving it, and taking a very long time to boot.

How can they NOT be selling their own stock, but they ARE selling my stock? They are deciding to sell both as far as I can see... if you know of some way that this is not true I'd certainly like to hear about it. Your statement:

tells me that there is simply a discrepancy between one sellers view of price (good/bad) and another (yours)?

<they control the destiny of the co. and that bestows a moral and ethical premise of exemplary stewardship>

I don't disagree... buuuuuuuuuuuut, there are all sorts of cases where management with little or no stake sell everyone elses stock (agree or recommend mergers) AND get all sorts of perks for doing so!
