Some Bloomberg analysts said they expect the fed will add liquidity as needed, but not announce it like Greenspan did. Bernanke does not want people to think the fed will bail them out of every crises. Even though they will-lol.

I guess both Europe and the fed (quietly) added liquidity last night.

I am sorry to say this (for fear of the SI police), but Bush is making a speech every day now and I cannot listen to Bush talking nonsense day after day for another year and a half. He lectures us and is as dumb as a post. He is never right or logical-lol. I will not even talk about the lies.

Let us remember Bush bragged about being a C student. People get C's because they miss the answers to a lot of questions on the test-lol.

Someone just asked Bush if he would pledge to get to the bottom of the Pat tillman friendly fire lie told by the pentagon. He would not even give a straight answer to that request. 7 investigations and nothing.

That answer will help but for those people who are in the middle of buying a home using a creative loan have now found themselves without financing. I average 3 emails a day revising the loans I can do because the mortgage backed securities can not be placed.

The fallout will not only be in the foreclosures as we have seen but it will probably put a big halt on the overall purchases of homes, hurting lenders, Realtors and Average Joe wanting to own a home.

I believe what was recently suggested is Freddie and Fannie to step up to the plate and take some of these loans usually assigned to MBS. The only homeownership I can guarantee these days is if I'm selling to Freddie or Fannie. All other bets are off, even if you are at the closing table!

Just a few cents off topic, but something I can speak intelligently about. I'm still learning on gold & silver and juniors, only to hope to live to be a ripe old age and espouse on a board like this, while taking meds for a hip replacement, drinking, smoking and carousisng about!
