Yeah, I've never responded to proxy votes or class action lawsuits before. In the case of class actions, I always figure that if I see any money from it, it won't be enough to compensate me for my time finding all the involved transactions. From what I've seen, the only people who make money in class action suits against public companies are the lawyers. And it seems most of the market sees it that way too. Anytime a stock tanks, there're always a few virtual ambulance chasers issuing PR's about class actions and anymore those are almost always shrugged off by the market.
