To be sure, TIME has sensationalised the alleged firefight at the Iraq-Iran border during which only one Iranian soldier was most likely killed while he was trying to launch a RPG.

If a platoon of US soldiers crossed into Mexico (or vis versa) and engaged in attacking the indigenous forces of that country, only someone possessing a moronic perspective, such as the one you display, would say it was "sensationalized".

Fact.. Iranian soldiers crossed into Iraqi territory in quantity (a platoon is between 25-40 armed soldiers).

Fact.. Once discovered, they attack BOTH US and Iraqi forces.

Fact.. The Iranian forces captured and detained Iraqi forces, while the US soldiers were ordered to withdraw from the engagement and avoid further hostile contact with the Iranians.
