Don't you think the RE market has to work through some of the investors money that are too quick to jump in before reaching a bottom?
I figure the bottom in a lot of markets will have most people swearing they never want to invest in RE again. Then the dust settles. In the mean time the Congress should de-incentize the idea of quick flipping and buying more than one home as some kind of get rich scheme.
