ECB injected smaller amounts today. OMO is published at 47.5B ($65B) for today.
As a result, the EUR lost fewer points when traders learned that less Euros are printed for today.

There's a rumor on the floor that the BOE did some selling of its overvalued currency today. Bids for the GBP are still hard to come buy. It recovered somewhat when the carry trade reversed some of its dip. But bidding is unstable and traders don't post more than 10 or 20 contracts.

Yen is showing some persistence.
