Pollution in China is truly dreadful -- are you aware of their efforts to develop new tech etc.? The US on the other hand produces lots of greenhouse gasses but seems not to take it seriously as a concern -- it is a big hoax in the opinion of many Americans.

What is the big deal? After all, China has 4.5 times as many population as that of the US; China has produced a lot of goods, if not most of the goods, consumed in the US, Europe, and Japan; the list can go on and on...

Whoever complaining about the greenhouse gas emissions China made should first cut down their own consumption FIRST!
