Again, at some point peak oil is an issue, if it isn't already. At some point, they will have to move beyond oil. Coal is a little different, but if the alternatives are cheaper, they will move beyond that also. And they will be cheaper.

So no, it isn't really a separate issue. It is pretty tightly bound up with it.
