Silly question, but have you checked your DSL router for "keep line up"?
Some of them are preset to drop the line after 5 mins. for example!

Paul,

It is amusing watching the AOL/Roadrunner ads on TV (with the guy sitting in the opened monitor) dissing DSL, telling you to upgrade to their(small print 768Kbps)high speed cable, when I'm already at 3Gbps on DSL and could be higher if I wanted to pay more! :)

Weird, because I am getting 8 Gbps from Roadrunner / Time Warner.

Joe

3Gbps on DSL

3G Really? I'd believe 3M...

I get 10-11Mbps consistently on Time Warner here.

Regards.
