we know a plumber for many years, he fixed our garden faucet, the broken frozen pipes in the basement ... he purchased/upgraded his home in 1998 and sold that house in 2003 for a profit of 280 K. He purchased a bigger house for at least 600 k with the 280 k profit and borrowed the rest. He is now in big trouble because 4 kids are lining up for college. His wife is just a secretary at the board of education. All contract works during the housing boom disappeared. He tries to work on appliance installation !!!!! this just shows an individual decision getting caught in the bull housing cycle: demoRATs already blame this on GWB admin !!!
