Government can't save citizens from their bad decisions. The man was greedy...he should've been content with the $280K profit from the first house & bought a smaller 2nd house. "pigs get slaughtered"

It's equivalent in a lot of ways to the the internet bubble in the late 90's when everyone thought they were savvy stock traders'. This time around people thought they were real estate barons and could flip houses for profits. Hell they even had/have a TV show on called "Flip This House".
