The facts about the Canadian medical system are this:

1) We have some very good doctors mostly from South Africa.

2) Canadian trained doctors usually leave for the U.S.

3) We are very bad at diagnosing anything and if you are really sick and can afford it you go to the Mayo Clinic.

4) We can treat once diagnosed most things as well as you can in the U.S.

5) Wait times are not too bad if you know someone.

My friends relatives in the U.S. all come to Canada to have their free babies and go home. The children do not apply for or retain dual citizenship and for tax reasons probably would not want to.

I know these things because I live here and have seen friends and family members die due to our poor poor diagnosticians.

Third, Your sneering at us supposedly being in favor of white moms from Canada vs Brown ones from Mexico is an attempt to out us as racists, with no basis for your comment other than, I guess, your own view of it.

Fourth, the Canadians come for the speedy and quality of medical service/skill. The Latinos come for the "freebie" nature of those services/skills.
