I have no problem with anyone, brown or otherwise, coming here for medical care unavailable where they live, as long as the hospital doesn't get stuck for the bill. It is ironic that in all of Canada, there was no facility that could care for the quads, and does demonstrate the limits of their system. (The Dionne quints' birth isn't really comparable: they were born at home, as most poor families' kids were at the time, and they certainly weren't expecting 5 babies. They survived due to luck (all were born alive) and skill (Dr. Dafoe saved their lives).

I'm not so sure thats the case here. I see nothing about who is going to bear the ICU cost. It may be a freebie for the Canadian family.
