Agree SPINCO 2 is pretty much a certainty going forward into 08 unless a settlement occurs beforehand.

The GPRS/EDGE patent trials will play out this fall. I dont expect much out of them but they represent some possible leverage. However, assuming that they fail, I think we get an announcement of SpinCo2 late this year or early next year....with an expected spin date of February '09.

Nokia reups at the current rate or they take the risk of going up to the standard >5% rate. The asking price for WiMAX might be even higher <g>.
