All of these are enthusiast review sites, Pete. None of your links point to actual system designers. There is a perpetuated myth going around about AMD and Intel using different methodologies to define TDP, and no one has bothered to consult the actual specs. This is lazy reporting on behalf of journalists, but just plain deception coming from you, since I have shown you the specs several times, and your best defense is that maybe AMD uses a "wink, wink, nod, nod" to post one set of numbers, but actually mean something different.

You're not the only one who can Google.

I did a Google search on "thermal dissipation power" and got 440 links.

Then I did a Google search on "thermal design power" and got 181,000 links.

At least you're right in one aspect. You're not the only one who gets it wrong, LOL ...
