New Poster..Long time QCOM investor Could you settle a dispute that I am having with my Broker? I maintain that if Qualcomm should prevail in their GSM ITC Complaint and an injunction is issued, it would include not only Nokia's GSM handsets but their new WCDMA sets, since they are backward compatible with GSM and have to include the Qualcomm GSM patents that are found to be infringed..Thank you in advance for any thoughts that you can provide on the above..
