I have to agree. The only reason I trend Democratic at the moment is that I view most, but not all, Republicans to be too far detached from reality. This isn't to say that I am exactly happy with the choices on the Democratic side of things.

To these guys we could be the most decrepit, morally and monetary bankrupt country on earth and it would be OK if we all voted Republican.

Sadly, you are right. And I agree....its a hard concept to understand. It goes against everything I was taught growing up.
