Japanese Stocks Rally After Federal Reserve Cuts Discount Rate

Aug. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Japanese stocks advanced by the most in more than a year after the Federal Reserve unexpectedly cut the discount rate to ease tighter credit, boosting stocks in the U.S. and Europe.

Should see a nice bounce in North American Markets tomorrow :)))
