Cite me a case in which it was shown that a witness had lied under oath, the case was dismissed, and it was later ruled the witness did not commit perjury.

The Jones vs. Clinton case. Duh, that was hard. Got any more stupid challenges?

I've shown you the law and i've shown you Judge Wright ruled Clinton's testimony immaterial. I've shown you what Summary Dismissal is. People lie in depositions every and aren't charged with perjury, pretty much every divorce case that ever was.

Why don't you cite me even one single case where someone was charged with perjury in a case that had been summarily dismissed?

You can't. You're the one who needs to put up or shut up.

"A moment I've been dreading. George brought his ne're-do-well son around this morning and asked me to find the kid a job. Not the political one who lives in Florida. The one who hangs around here all the time looking shiftless. This so-called kid is already almost 40 and has never had a real job. Maybe I'll call Kinsley over at The New Republic and see if they'll hire him as a contributing editor or something. That looks like easy work."

-- Ronald Reagan in his diaries, May 17, 1986.
