People lie in depositions every and aren't charged with perjury, pretty much every divorce case that ever was. As was stated before. THAT is because perjury can rarely be proven to the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard. Why don't you cite me even one single case where someone was charged with perjury in a case that had been summarily dismissed? You were stupid enough to make the claim, mongoloid. You bough the burden of proof when you did that.
