Irrelevant. Today is a different ball game with a different generation. The for sale government doesn't exist readily for sale.

You are suffering from the same disease Elroy suffers.

Compare Chile today to Chile 1973, we are talking about a 34 year hiatus here.

I'm not saying there would be government for sale around the world, I am saying that they may be Mali or Madagascar, not the countries that matter. We are operating at a much higher level than 34 years ago.

I don't think Russians need any lessons in corruption from the US, so I expect Gorby's villa was paid by Russian funds.

The US has had extensive bribrey efforts, and I expect Japan has also, and even nations like Indonesia.
