Yeah, all three of them need to step on it too. 6 lines and three people, one looks over the shoulder of the other two and does nothing. Kinda like the post office. 6 lines and only two are open, people standing around looking over the shoulders of the people slowly doing their job. Oh wait, I think I'm begining to see the light. Those people standing in the back ground are there to make sure no one moves too fast. Can't have efficency in the government now can we.
