You offered no rationale for finding the term "fundamentalist" to be meaningful, you simply accepted that term and what you believed it to mean as a "fact." Again, you're entitled to do so, just don't characterize it as something it's not.

I believe you did buy into Amanpour's thesis, which is that all three groups are basically the same.

To repeat: Today, in the course of lecturing about *critical thinking*, you said that "Christian fundamentalists and Islamic fundamentalists are both fundamentalists. Those are facts..."
