What CNN will do won't be "careless." Interesting. I read "careless" to mean sloppy reporting, as opposed to thoughtful and objective analysis. It never occurred to me that unintentional, as opposed to purposeful, was what Volokh intended. That's an example of what I meant by you being a political creature and me, not.
