I'm not changing the subject, YOU are. You dragged in Jones to defend your 'dismissed' statement. The original discussion had to do with Lewinsky and Clinton's perjury before a federal grand jury. marketplace.publicradio.org Clinton regarding his testimony before the federal grand jury in Washington, DC: "certain of my responses to questions about Ms. Lewinsky were false." ie., he lied under oath and later admitted to it. The new prosecutor: Ray: "The nation's interests have been served. And therefore I decline prosecution." ie., Clinton did not walk because he did not commit perjury (he admitted to that) but because the prosecute declined to press the case.
