I agree that his behavior was inexcusable. But it wasn't perjury.

The lawyers oath is to the ABA. He violated his oath and he was in trouble with the ABA. They suspended and fined him for it.

That has nothing to do with federal law or perjury or the materiality of testimony with regards to perjury and it's disingenuous of you to imply otherwise.
