The problem with your view of what constitutes good and evil is that it can never transcend the internal ethical standards of the Society itself or rise above the level of "value". This reduces all your objections to mere preference. It is no surprise that as an inmate; you wish to run the asylum. It is the last resort of tyrants and evil men to claim a judge has no right to judge them. It failed at Nuremberg and more recently in Baghdad, but let me know how that works out for you.
