You are still laboring under the misconception that the educational system is aimed at something other than creating low level functionaries. I wonder when you will wake the f up.

What about the effect of drugs, broken families, teacher intimidation by students etc? You're dealing with a complex issue. Put a dozen bad apples in the best private school, and see what happens to rest of the bunch. It's not all the teacher's fault, PENNYstockboy.
