Don't give yourself airs. You called Ibn Khaldun an anti-Muslim propagandist. You are not only an apologist for Islamic fundamentalism, but an extremely ignorant one to boot.

Rough, re: "Mebeebanned ... again."

Eaten by those you joined up with to support "Iraqi Freedom?" And that is what it is, isn't it, the most hate filled among you starting to feed on the idealists?

Some of you supported the silly war because you were "obey authority" followers. Some of you supported the war because you were bipartisan loyalists filled with a toxic mixture of love for "us" and hate for "them." Some of you supported the war because you thought it would help prop up Israel. Some of you supported the war because you were too scared angry to see beyond your fears and rage and Bush gave you something that you could punish.

And some, like you who should have known better, supported the war because you bought into all that for public consumption bullshit about "god given rights to be free," and "democracies don't attack their neighbors" and "liberating an oppressed people."

It made for an interesting plurality at the onset, but how do you like your fellow war cheerleaders now that even the most blindly idealistic of those of you who were "liberation" proponents have awakened to the painful reality of the Middle East and the moral and, or, intellectual weakness of your pro-war allies?
